EV roadside assistance is emergency support built specifically for electric vehicles. Traditional roadside assistance in Dubai usually defaults to towing, which is slow, expensive, and often unnecessary. Worse, most tow operators aren't trained for EVs, and improper towing can damage the EV's battery pack.

Around half of all electric car breakdowns we attend in Dubai trace back to the 12V battery, not the main traction pack. Usually not. A completely unresponsive EV is more often a failed 12V battery, which accounts for roughly half the breakdowns we attend in Dubai.
Can you reach me in underground or basement parking?
