Service Process
Once you book through the PlusX Electric app, the team will arrive at chosen location at the scheduled time to pick up your vehicle. They will take it to the charging station, handle all connections, and charge your vehicle efficiently. Throughout the process, you'll receive real-time updates via the app. After charging is complete, your vehicle will be returned to the original location, fully charged and ready for use.
